When will my order be processed?
We will begin processing your order immediately upon receipt.
What happens when I place and order online?
Once you place your order online, you will
receive a copy of your order via email. Please make sure all of your contact
information is correct. You will receive a letter from our Merchant Account
Company letting you know that we have charged your credit card and for how much.
Is your site safe to put my credit card information on?
Absolutely! Our site is hosted through Yahoo! which uses the most up to date
sophisticated security and uses SECURE pages for your order processing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
How soon will my item be shipped?
Your order will be shipped from one of our warehouses typically within 1-3
business days of your order unless otherwise stated.
*Please Note* All customized and hand made
products are made when ordered. These products take slightly longer to be
shipped out.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes, once your item has been shipped we will email you with Tracking
Information. We want you to know where your order is at all times.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Sales tax is only collected for items being shipping to the state of Indiana.

How is my item shipped?
Items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Both are extremely reliable and arrive
quickly.
What is your Satisfaction Guarantee Policy?
Most merchandise in our inventory is guaranteed for our customer's 100%
satisfaction, however we are not responsible for the shipping and handling
charges incurred for returning merchandise and we must charge a 15% Restocking
Fee. We apologize but we are unable to accept returns for items that are
personalized. We will gladly pay the return shipping charges to send a
replacement to you if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received. For
all other type of returns, shipping to and from will be sole responsibility of
the customer.
How do I return an item?
You have 15 days upon receipt in which to contact us regarding a return.
Please email us for
an RMA Number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number. All
merchandise returned must include the original package containing the
merchandise received. Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent
in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was
previously used for shipping the merchandise. All returns must be received in
the same condition as when shipped.
